DM&E has always taken pride in manufacturing quality equipment. We can easily handle round parts to 40” [1m]. Rectangular components as large as 64x32x30 [1600x800x750mm] can be machined with computer controlled equipment. Three-dimensional solid drawings can be interpreted with sophisticated CAD/CAM software into machine tool paths, producing exact complex shapes. Surfaces can be finished to exacting tolerances with precision grinders and hones. Manufacturing areas are air-conditioned. A 10,000sqft [900sqm] air conditioned assembly area gives room for staging, testing and final assembly of large units.
Our greatest asset is our employees. Our machinists typically have worked with us for over 15 years. We have engineering support from within our own staff. A sophisticated order and tracking system allow complex assemblies to be tracked as construction continues.
